Minumum stay 2 nights.
One-room-apartment (studio) for 2 persons: price for a night (free for a child up to 3 years old) min. 40,00/max 70,00 EUR.
Apartment for 4persons (up to 6 persons) : price for a night (free for a child up to 3 years old) min. 60,00/max 150,00 EUR.
Outdoor parking place included.

Every guest will receive for free the tourist card that grants special discounts
in many facilities we have an agreement with: shops, traditional food and handmade stores, restaurants, castles entries, baths of Prè Saint-Didier, Monte Bianco cableway, and many more

The expenses for water, electric power, central heating, garbage tax, gas for cooking are included.
Last day cleaning is included , but we ask you to clean the fridge and the cooking corner if not we shall request you to pay 50,00 EUR more.
Daily cleaning if requested.
Linen and towels could be rented here.
We ask you 100,00 EUR as deposit for every possible damage.
Compensation for damages must be requested in three days from the departure and every possible dispute shall be judged exclusively by the courthouse of Aosta.
For the confirmation of the reservation is compulsory to pay the 30% in advance.
