Leisure time

In the wide green area you can find tables and chairs, deck chairs, the gazebo , the pergola (bower), two barbecues, the solarium and a playground.
In the private courtyard, fenced and sunny, you can play table tennis or table soccer and also park your car (one per apartment) for free.

In the heart of the central valley, on the left shore of the Dora Baltea river, overlooked by the huge frozen pyramid of the “Grivola”, one of the magic peaks of the “Gran Paradiso” lies Saint Pierre, a pleasant town, overtopped by a medieval castle. In this castle there is the regional museum of natural sciences.
Immersed in the orchards, close to the old town there’s another castle: the “Sarriod de la Tour”.
The town extends from the meadows surrounding the Dora Baltea river to the green pastures below the “Mont Falère” whence you can enjoy the entire panorama of the Aosta valley.

Nearby you can find many sport facilities as: tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, archery fields, climbing areas, rafting schools, paragliding, canoeing, horse riding, golf court, theme parks, cableways, cross country skiing in Saint Nicolas.
Night and day excursions on snowshoes (ciaspole) attended by alpine guides.

In the range of 20km there are many important ski resorts like: Pila, Courmayeur, La Thuile, and for the XC ski Cogne, Valsavarenche, Val di Rhêmes.
At the distance of 23 km there are the “Terme di Saint Didier” wich we have an agreement with.

Every guest will receive for free the tourist card that grants special discounts
in many facilities we have an agreement with: restaurants, shops, traditional food and handmade shops, riding schools, castles entries, health spa , Monte Bianco cableways.
50 m far from our B&b there is the bus stop, in 800m the train station and in 12 km the Aosta airport.
